A 75 minute video in 13 modular training sessions developed and delivered by industry safety experts Quality Leisure Management in association with ISRM and the Institute of Qualified Lifeguards.

It supersedes and significantly updates the Effective Pool Supervision video and is the official video training pack for delivery of the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification.

It promotes high standards of lifeguard training and the critical importance and professionalism of the lifeguard role.
